What's your skin type? How to take care of SENSITIVE skin

Do you have SENSITIVE skin?

Tailoring your skincare according to your skin type will do wonders for your skin. Our skin type is determined by genetics, environments, the products we use, and even what we eat and drink. The key to maintaining healthy skin is keeping it properly hydrated, and using products that are formulated for your skin type. How do you know which products to use? First you have to determine what type of skin you have!

Signs you might have sensitive skin...

- your skin gets red easily

- your skin reacts with redness, bumps, or irritation to a change in your skincare routine

- your skin reacts with redness, bumps, or irritation to makeup

- your skin gets itchy after being in a pool or hot tub

What products should I use?

If any of the things listed sound familiar, there's a good chance you have sensitive skin. That's good news! You are one step closer to finding products and treatments that are specifically made to treat your skin type. While all skin types need a good nutrient-rich moisturizer and eye cream like this all natural face cream, here are a few of our favorite products that work really well with sensitive skin:

Ginger Rose Toner

Restore Stem Cell Serum

Beautify Botanical Oil

Moisture Boost Smoothing Face Crème

Awesome information! My skin is sensitive and dry. When I wake up my skin looks amazing but just touching it to wash can leave it looking worse and me having to do a lot of color correction with my makeup. I am going to try the toner in the morning instead. Thanks!
