Cruelty Free and Vegan?

YES and YES!! Testing is an essential part of the formulating process to make sure our products are safe and effective. Everything we make is tested by willing friends and family, never on animals. We are certified cruelty free by Leaping Bunny because of our commitment to cruelty free practices and ingredient sourcing.

All of our products are plant-based and vegan.

Are your products made in small batches?

Each and every product is made by hand in our Stone Beauty Co. beauty kitchen. We do not mass-produce massive amounts of product all at once. We make small batches by hand as needed to supply demand. Small batches are amazing for lots of reasons, but the main one we LOVE is that it keeps our active ingredients fresh with optimizes their benefits.

How do I know which products I need?

I received all of my products, but I don't know what order to use them in.

Directions for use are listed on the label or insert of each product. For your best skin, we recommend reading our How to Use page. We also encourage all of our customers to sign up for the 14 Day Glowup.

Are your products safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

We are transparent with all ingredients for your safety. We recommend you check with your physician for any questions or concerns you may have regarding use.

What is the shelf life of your Products?

Products should be used entirely within 4 months of purchase.

Do any of your products contain Sunscreen?

Some of our ingredients naturally contain protection from the sun's rays, but not enough to fully protect your skin. We recommend using sunscreen daily with an SPF of at least 30.

My item looks different in person than it does online.

Freshly harvested ingredients from nature can result in color and texture variations between batches. The effectiveness of the ingredients remains unchanged.

My product separated during shipping.

We don't use fillers or chemicals to bind the ingredients together, so natural separation can occur. Extreme temperature changes can also cause cause slight separations, but it does not change the efficacy or potency of the product.

For Liquids: Shake em' up!

For Creams: Stir them with a popsicle stick or toothpick until the mixture combines.

My skin is not getting better. Why?

Everyone's skin is unique, and changing your skincare routine can result in moody skin. Especially if you have sensitive skin. Trust me, I know! Our natural products are full of botanicals and actives that are highly concentrated and that alone can be a big adjustment if you've never used them before.

Your skin may be going through a purge. We recommend easing into the regimen, slowly adding one product at a time. It can take 2-3 weeks for your skin to adjust.

Always listen to your body. Itchy rashes, pain, swelling, or flaking skin can be a symptom of an allergic reaction. Discontinue use and contact your doctor.
